    Purchased this globe in a thrift store. The top & bottom are not aligned. Should I mess with it and make it correct. Suggestions?

      Most likely made in Ohio like all the others from that company.

      I'd try and align it correctly. If it doesn't turn easily, I'd leave it alone to not risk scratching the surface.

      I and my sister had identical banks with different bases, both had blue bases, no writing.
