What are the dimensions of knife? It looks like a knife not a sword, a version of a Nepalese kukri. It does not appear to have been sharpened, so may be a tourist item. No idea about the keys. It could also be Indian.

Is there a hole for a second small knife in the sheath?

It is a Nepal khukhri knife.....even the word Nepal is written on it in hindi language...with the name of the owner and date
