My husband was given this about 15-20 years ago. I don't know why, when or how I just know that one detail. I can no longer ask him the details. I uncovered this "in bad shape" pocket knife recently and thought it looked rather cool. Any info given would be nice. Having a hard time finding info on the knife alone. I can only come up with info on Gun. Thanks so much!

This knife is no older than the 1960s and probably a good deal newer despite its heavily oxidized surface. Note the two original rivets: on the back side the rivets have a hollow spot in their centers - an indication of a fairly recent, low quality knife. More information may be available of you can uncover the markings on the flat areas at the base of the blades.
If you do a search for "COLT PEACEMAKER TWO BLADE KNIFE" with the quotation marks there is a reference to one of these. That's all I could find.
It sure is cool, I keep coming back to your pics.
