      Disc harrow. Looks like it had a seat on the rear bracket, so I'd assume it was horse drawn. Hard to date but the metal is smooth finished making me guess early 1900's.

      The value is probably less than the gas to haul it. If you can find someone to take it away, maybe for a yard ornament, you'll be doing ok.
