Please Help Identify the Age of Source of This Pitcher

Does anyone think they might know how old this pitcher is? Through some research, I came up with "sgraffito".. carved design, and the term "beak spout". I think it may be Italian just from others I have seen online. I also don't know if it is really "old" or if some pottery student or otherwise, just made it to look old. The bottom is not smooth and has no markings.
