can somebody please tell me what this is exactly I have asked many people and I can't get any accurate answer!! some people have suggested it was a hitch of some sort and I've had others thinking that it's some type of cable puller or something
If it was bigger, I would say it is off the fifth wheel from an eighteen wheeler.
Guessing here: a clamp for raising pump/sucker rods on wind pumps?
