I bought this vase two or three of years ago because I liked the color. It seemed quite different. The seller said it was Welz, but I could not confirm by shape or décor. The problem I had with it was Welz usually ,with this kind of foot, seems to usually have five feet. This one has six. So I checked with Craig and he said it was not, but now I am posting it after Craig's last post so he can take another look. It is the same construction. White and oxblood spatter as the inner layer on clear with the green outer layer. It is about 8 3/4 inches tall. Maybe the seller made a lucky guess, or maybe not. Waiting for opinions.
Based on what I know now, I would agree that this is most likely Welz production in the decor I am calling Malachite. I am glad to see it now.... Also adds a new shape.... Thanks for posting it again.
