      looks to be Kanawha and usually referred to as Swirl... not sure what the form may have been named in catalogs but most folks call it a pitcher...

      I have a few Kanawha pieces in my collection. I have come to love the miniatures because I have plenty of room to keep them all. I have a couple of mini pitchers.
