This is a tea cup set with saucers of two different sizes. I have no idea who made them or when. I can't make out the label on the bottom. Any help would be appreciated.

Kevin, is that the BEST you can do for a label? isn't there at least ONE that is mor centered that can be fully read? We would like to help but you're handicapping us.......Thanks
By the way, they are saucers and sandwich plates... Just so you know, for Tea time ..
This was the only piece that has a label has a label.
Ironstone has been around for a long time and just a quick obsevation tells me that this isn't very valuable, not much effort was taken in manufacture and the printing looks sloppy... that's just my obsevation, someone else may well find something else....sorry.
