    i picked this up at the thrift store this morning. the frame looks old, the back has this paper like stuff on the back. there is a plate on the picture that says merry widow watlz,c.edwards. for nothing else i liked the subject matter, the dancers

      If you google Merry Widow waltz painting, quite a bit of info about the painting comes up, and it seems that C Edwards did paint it.

      it does say he is a painter but i find no information about him. i looked online. doesnt really say anything i can see
