      They are kerosene stoves which was popular during that early part of the century.

      This is a warm air heater made by Favorite Stove and Range Company, Riqua, Ohio. Probably 1919 give or take a few years. For more research use Favorite Stove and Range Company as your search string and go from there. It was called sterile healthful air for heat.
