Back is handwrittin note by Beran regarding reproducing rights.
any thoughts on age or information on her artwork is appreciated.

Just Google '"Lenore Beran" artist'. There is much easily available information about her. The main thing in deciding to keep it is whether or not you like it. Reproduction rights basically means reproducing her work for profit or mass production even if you don't get paid for it. Nothing wrong with you sharing an image of a painting that you own for research purposes....
