The box contained everything shown. The larger piece has a small shroud over a small removable cutting blade similar to a blade on an old plane. The shiny piece on the picture is an insert able blade.
The top item uses the rod inserted into a hole on the end which expands the three brass pieces outward. I’m not sure if the two pieces work together. Any ideas
some kind of ream kit, like for wheel cylinders but larger ... eng. cylinders or something on that scale would be my guess...? good luck
