This is an old ranch marked 295, 285 or 2S5. I have exhausted my resources for identifying it please help if you can.

Possibly a bung tool. Used for opening different size caps on barrels and/or drums.

This is an old tractor, and or farm implement wrench. You will find it in the news as TallCakes Mentioned above.
