      Probably the mark got copied, your ryt.

      it is upside down , but that does matter ,not we take as it is, the left mark on top makes it macao, and the symbol in the middle bottom row , ( the open mouth ) makes its tongzhi

      so it reads Da Qing Tongzhi Nian Zhi , the macao way, this is not that old, IMO the rubbed the bottom , (but can,t substentiate ) to make it look old
