B&B Traffic Bar Light

Vintage 1960's traffic bar light that was made in Japan. I seen one other traffic bar light on forum and it was in very good condition and in working order. Information on this vintage item was limited and it was not on Wikipedia, due to the fact that there is no company so I someone will have more knowledge on this piece then I do. This piece works but has some rust issues. I love it.
