Hi unless she marked on back of neck maker it would be difficult to know . She is a modern inexpensive decor doll. Was never a play doll . Collectors bought these in 1980s-90 by the millions and the market is flooded with them causing them to be hard to sell . The maker is not really that important since I can tell she was not a high quality artist doll. Likely made in China . She makes for a nice display .

She may have had a hang tag and did you look on her back also ?
