Any idea what this might be? I do not have a picture of the back, but it is not decorative in any way. Sort of a heavy paper disc on the back. This seems too heavy to be a book mark. Thanks for any help!!

A portable handbag hook, I believe. Used to hang a handbag from a table. The top disc sits on the tabletop, with the hook holding the bag underneath.
