These are “period” Era sterling silver mechanical pencils. Perhaps the community knows the era?
They both appear to be in good working order w/additional lead.
The Back ends slide open to accept the lead. but The shaft appear to maybe “art deco pillars” with similiar designs. The top of one is off center, a minor ding. You turn and pull the top to load the lead. These originated from Germany.
