      that looks like a map of Aussie on it and ANA was Australian National Airways from the 1930s to 50s which seems a bit late for the watch maybe?

      i inherited one of these also, from an old friend. he had military background, railway background. its an aussie flag. have been trying to do my research on it too but its minimal. lever and swiss made are easy but yours is the first that looks the same. its sterling silver. mine has a thick chain with an end piece that I am unsure of its purpose
