      Such pretty colored rhinestones & pearls, it definitely looks vintage but not sure of year. Shoe clips became popular in the 1920s and thru the 1950s I believe

      I agree with Gillian on a photo of the back side. Finding only one is a bit unusual unless it is a scarf or dress clip. I have had a few shoe clips but never happened to see them this brightly decorated.
