Amber & Amethyst Glass Vessel Hand-Made in Poland

Hello,
One of my treasures, this beauty stands 10" tall, the mouth measures 4 3/4" across & the belly is 15" in circumference.
The vase is very light.
The sticker reads HAND-MADE IN POLAND.
I'm calling it a vessel, which of course it is, however after researching it I've found it may be a vase, or a hurricane candle holder.
Does anyone know which glass maker might have produced this vessel?
