Beautiful small desk, work area. Hand crafted ,has 4drawers on each side,as well as 12 smaller ones inside the top that lifts

Beautiful desk I came across and really no very little about it if someone does if so I would appreciate the input the craftsman’s name is also carved in the wood on the bottom of each and every drawer. The only thing I believe is not original is the brass drawer knobs on the side drawers. The inside drawers are wooden, which makes me believe theiy we’re all intended to be of wood
