I'm not sure if I got the name of the artist right it's kind of hard to see. I don't know who the people are supposed to be inside the clock it says west Germany by the 6. I love this piece it's really beautiful but unfortunately lack the knowledge a d I can't find anything about it online they have certain pieces but not one like this.
It is of average grade molding. The piece is made of spelter, often a mix of zinc and tin. Nice depiction.
