Silver plate column candle sticks with drip trays

Reason I am showing then is because I’m not sure what they are, they are 7” tall and a square bottoms with a cardboard bottom 3” square at the bottom very heavy 450 grams each one and are a pair please can someone tell who manufactured them and possible year the are in beautiful condition.
