bread dish, dessert bowl, ashtray?

There are 6 of these dainty little plates or bowls, I don’t know. They are about 5 inches wide, about an inch deep.

Only marking is a 66 on the bottom, or 99?

Golden edges, with artwork of a fine gentleman offering a souther belle a piece of bread, a tasty dessert, or perhaps a Rothmans.

I have no idea what there are other than pretty.
