This is from the second revival of Captain Action. Captain Action was originally from the 1960s and was Ideals answer to GI Joe. Captain Action's gimmick was that he could turn into various superheros. But Captain Action could also just be Captain Action. This would be a 2012 version of that. Probably should have been all white but close enough.
