The woman I bought this from said it was Orrefors. It is signed on the base which looks like K. Elland followed by a number. She also said this person was a Director of Orrefors. I can't find any evidence of that. I thought it was Kosta Boda and is very similar in size and shape to Vicke Lindstrand pieces I own. (I know its not his) It is a lovely piece and the engraving is cute.

Is that engraving on the inside or outside of the vase?
