I bought this clock in 1975 from an antique dealer, it has no label, nothing but the monogram and it's circle (looks like a large S with E at the top curve of the S and J on the lower curve of the S, is imprinted into the clock face. I have found simular clocks by Sessions( although I was told the clock came from Europe) but they don't have the same numerals and other mismatches. If anyone could ID this piece for me I would totally appreciate it.
I believe the logo that is pictured (though not a crisp one) is the logo for SEIKOSHA, a Japanese brand. I hope that helps.
no, but thanks ! Isn't that id on the face. Is a circle and then inside the circle is a capitol script looking S. On the top curve of the S is the letter E, on the bottom curve of the S is a J. It is like a monogram with the large S and the smaller E on top and smaller J on the bottom curve....searched and searched but to no avail...H E L P clockers ....THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dial is a replacement paper dial sold by E. J. Sweigart, a clock parts supplier (now out of business). If you post a photo of the front of the works, I will try to identify the maker.
