This handy little officer man was used to show the vehicle behind you when you were slowing down or stopping. A mere 8 inches in height with an arm on the back for allowing the hands to be out-stretched or behind the officers back. I have never seen another one and have no idea of its value. I really do not think it was a great success of an invention....it is pretty fascinating though!
