      My wife's great grandmother had a friend in WW1 we have a letter from him to her, He was a Dr, a surgeon in the war stationed in Luxembourg 1919. I have posted this letter here,he wrote about the fighting. Maybe these came home from him, he was the towns school Dr before the war. She had children and a husband already, don't know why he sent letters Dear Bertha???
