Hello! My mom found this at a flea market for under $5. It's pretty heavy, and can unscrew from the middle area. Would love to know the era/maker if possible! Thanks so much!

pixielee.. did some research. Would appreciate if you could clean up the marks and take a straight on picture. Will then return to research some more.. thanks, Steve
Well, I must admit I don't usually bother looking up silver-plate hallmarks (mainly because the online references only deal with solid silver marks), but I can tell you that it is British or Canadian, late 19th or early 20th century in the Art Nouveau style. It should be quite beautiful once you polish it.
