    Just a few that I have collected. The rest are stashed in my sewing cupboard somewhere. Someday soon I will have them proudly on display in a cabinet (amongst my other fave collectibles).

    Neweys hooks & eyes, circa 1920's to 1930's ( note Queen Mary)
    Finlayson Bousfield & co thread from the mid- late 1800's
    W & G product measuring tape--- I'm unsure of date but its quite old and not in usable condition.

      Hmm,,, the pictures appear sideways on my iPad which is odd because they were upright when I uploaded them. Is it just me?

      a girl after my own passions -- love to collect all types of sewing items -- will do a post on some of the ox bone tape measures i have collected -- anything old captures my heart
