Does anyone know the year this was built and hp? How much is it worth? I have no idea if it runs but the top and prop turn in sync. Thanks.

Since posting this, I found out it is a 1.8 hp motor manufactured in 1940-1941 by Evinrude. I believe these Evinrude motors were sold under the name ELTO until WWII. I'm still not sure of it's worth, although, I've seen them online going for between 100.00 (parts) - 1200.00 (restored).
