Hello, I was wondering if someone could give me information on these old train cars. They were my Father's. I believe them to be possibly from the 1940's or so. They are made of some type of thin wood or cardboard. Where they some type of kit that you put together?"

Also, what type of engine would have gone with this? I have so many trains that I dont know anything about. Do not know which ones go with which ones. Please any information would be great.
