Chinese Ceramic Bowl underglazed Blue - ( jade green color splotches ) Iron red copper colored oxide painted over blue

I do not if this is an Asian item or not- it has painted blue on carved lotus flowers? painted over by what looks like a dark iron copper oxide color it has crackle on the bowl , and it has also some green color on it .. It has a colored oxide copper rim around the bowl .. the bowl looks really old . .... This is all I know about this item if anyone know please comment.
