    7 inches tall to top of handle. In family home for > 60 years. Marked 1917 on base, which is only marking. Can anyone tell me it's origin/manufacturer?

      While ceramics are not my strong suit, I would call it majolica.

      A picture of the bottom with the marks may help to ID.

      Only marking is the imprinted "1917"
